The East, starring Brit Marling, Alexander Skarsgård, Ellen Page, Toby Kebbell and Shiloh Fernandez, opens in theaters Friday, May 31. The thriller follows an undercover agent for a private intelligence firm as she infiltrates an ecoterrorism group that attacks major corporations. Her loyalty is tested when she slowly becomes more sympathetic to the group and its leader Benji.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 56 minutes and is rated PG 13 for sexual content, partial nudity, some disturbing images, thematic elements and violence.
