Dr. Oscar Gillespie Feature on Close-Up Talk Radio

Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Dr. Oscar Gillespie

New York, NY – From all walks of life, as individuals we are often faced with obstacles and challenges that seem impossible to overcome. The walls we build within ourselves can limit our potential and hold us back from achieving the goals that we had once set. With over 30 years experience, Dr. Oscar Gillespie has assisted people from all walks of life to break through the blocks and go where they want to go, to do what they want to do.

“I have a wide range of experience, and a big kit of tools to draw from, from psychotherapy, hypnosis, NLP, energy work and so on.  And it’s a great privilege and pleasure to help people move on quickly and effectively.”

This turnaround Dr. Gillespie speaks of is the process of helping clients get realigned, re-centered and back on the track the wandered off from or got blocked in and then taking the actions that will get them where they want o get to.   “It’s not rocket Science, but it can be magic.”

Dr. Gillespie came to America with fifty dollars in his pocket to study brain science. “I thought that would teach me all about people,” Dr. Gillespie laughs. “That wasn’t the case at all.  I became a professor at Fordham University and along the way began coaching and counseling people for free. Everyone would tell me that it was good and I should do it professionally. I thought well, that’s what you do when people need help.  Apparently I knew more about people than I thought.  But it was one of those things where others saw it first.”

At the urgency of his girlfriend, Dr. Gillespie studied hypnotherapy and hypnosis at the NY Milton Erickson Society of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis, which Dr. Gillespie eventually became president of for one term.   He has been featured on numerous television and radio programs including Oprah.

He created the first audiotape for heart surgery for the Cardiac Complementary Care Center under Dr. Oz at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital NYC.  Clients like his voice and he’s just launching a voice download site at www.OscarsVoice.com to provide hypnotic and other resources and support for anyone at all to use.

Future projects also in the works for Dr. Gillespie are his upcoming books entitled Deep Down I’m Really Superficial and The Deadly Serious Business of Having Fun. Both books are slated for release in late 2013.

Dr. Oscar Gillespie will be featured on Close-Up Talk Radio in a two-part interview with hosts Jim Masters and Doug Llewelyn at www.blogtalkradio.com/closeuptalkradio on May 31st and June 7th. Both shows will air live at 3pm EDT. Listeners are encouraged to dial-in at 347‐996‐3389.
