Tim Duncan scored 24 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs (39-18) used a big second quarter to put away the Toronto Raptors (31-26) 107-91.
The Spurs were up by five after the first quarter and by the half they had established a 24-point lead. Tony Parker scored 27 points and 9 assists as the Spurs finished 53 percent from the floor.
Rasho Nesterovic led the Raptors with 16 points and 9 rebounds. Chris Bosh added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the Toronto loss.
The win was the Spurs sixth straight.
