Several Gold Companies Rose in Monday Noon Trading

Several of America’s top gold companies rose in trading in Monday’s afternoon trading.

The following companies all rose by noon in trading:

Barrick Gold (NYSE: ABX) rose 97 cents, or 2.7 percent, to $36.90.

Gold Fields (NYSE: GFI) rose 43 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $13.18.

Goldcorp (NYSE: GG) rose $1.24, or 3.4 percent, to $38.01.

Newmont Mining (NYSE: NEM) rose 53 cents, or 1.2 percent, to $43.99.
