Another baby has joined the Duggar family. Josh Duggar, the oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, welcomed his third child with wife Anna over the weekend.
Anna Duggar delivered son Marcus Anthony at 11:32 a.m. on Sunday. Marcus, who weighed in at 9 lbs., 3 oz., joins siblings Mackynzie, 3, and Michael, 2, and 18 aunts and uncles. "We are so excited to announce the arrival of our third child, Marcus Anthony Duggar. Mackynzie and Michael are thrilled to welcome a little brother and we are so thankful that mom and baby are well! We are blessed to have our family close as we celebrate this gift from God!” the couple says in a statement.
Anna’s pregnancy was announced in March and the baby’s gender was revealed on an episode of 19 Kids and Counting in April. "I am so thankful for our children," Anna said at the time. "It is not about having a bunch of babies. It is about enjoying each child God has given you and focus on every day that you get with your child."
Marcus’ birth will be featured on the upcoming season premiere, which airs Sunday, June 16 at 8 p.m. ET on TLC. See pictures of Marcus in the photo gallery below.
