Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) rose $1.08, or 5.1 percent, to $22.33.
Silver Standard (NASDAQ: SSRI) rose $1.17, or 6.3 percent, to $19.89.
Silver Wheaton (NYSE: SLW) rose $1.03, or 8.1 percent, to $13.68.
