Canadian model Leyla Ghobadi makes shocking allegations against Kanye West in this week’s issue of Star magazine. Ghobadi claims she slept with West twice last year after her pursued her at an Atlantic City concert that his girlfriend Kim Kardashian was attending.
According to Ghobadi, West spotted her at the concert in July 2012 and had someone in his entourage invite her backstage. Ghobadi says she met the rapper backstage but shot down his attempts to get her in bed. "We ended up meeting up for drinks; we spoke for a good two hours and hit it off great,” she claims. "He invited me back to his hotel room, but I refused, as I felt it was too rushed.”
West then allegedly gave Ghobadi and her friends tickets and backstage passes for the next day’s show. Ghobadi tells star she attended the show and met with West that night. "He told me . . . he wanted to 'hook up,' but I was concerned that he was seeing Kim Kardashian," she claims. "He told me that [their relationship] was for publicity and nothing serious.”
Ghobadi says she visited West’s hotel room. “We began to make out for a while and next thing I knew, we were both naked and having sex,” she says.
Three months later, West allegedly contacted Ghobadi again about hooking up with him in New York City. Kardashian, who was already pregnant at the time, was in Florida filming her reality show. Ghobadi says she ended up having sex with West again. She claims that she refused his advances earlier this month because of Kardashian’s pregnancy. “I would never do that to someone,” she says.
"This is going to destroy the Kardashian family," Ghobadi tells Star. "It's bad. It's really bad. It's just embarrassing. But if I were Kim and about to have a baby, I would want to know."
Kardashian is due to give birth to a daughter next month.
West issued a statement about Ghobadi on Wednesday. “This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit," his rep says. "It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources. This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives.”
