Minnesota’s Bra Fit Stylists Help Teens Find their Perfect Fit: Braboleta Opens July

The bra fit stylists at La Bratique in Minnesota have found a new calling: helping teenage girls feel confident and self-assured with their bodies through the fit of their bras. Their new store, Braboleta, is set to cater to younger girls and to finding the right fit for them.

Braboleta, inspired from the word Borboleta which means butterfly in Portuguese, is La Bratique’s new store that is set to open July 9th. The new store location will be at 5049 France Avenue S, Minneapolis, MN in the shopping district of the 50th and France Neighborhood. It is will carry not only bras, but sleepwear, socks, tights, tank tops, sportswear and other accessories in a variety of fabrics and patterns.

According to owner, Tracy Anderson, the butterfly symbolizes the time in a girl’s life when she is transforming into something beautiful; her body is changing, she is figuring out who she is and how each of us is unique in every way.

“Braboleta will offer a fun, young environment, geared toward the teenage market (age 12 to 23), providing bras in every color,” says Anderson. “Our focus is on proper fit so we will carry bras in sizes from a 30A to a 40HH. We will source many brands, as not one brand can fit all shapes and sizes. We will educate young women on what it means to have a properly fitted bra and how it can shape and support them, giving them a balanced silhouette.”

Through this new concept store, the Minnesota bra fit stylists have a vision of becoming a national resource, partner and destination for girls and their mothers to learn about their changing bodies, to learn how to care for their bodies, and for tips on how to gracefully bloom into their full potential. The focus of the bra fit stylists is to concentrate on each and every individual body type and to help each girl embrace what is unique to her.

“We will eventually have seminars and fun events geared towards creating a positive self and body image and encouraging young women to lead with their brains and interests, rather than their breasts,” Anderson asserted. “We want to encourage them to strive for their passions.”
