Carrie Prejean Sex Tape Discovered

Carrie Prejean has dropped her $1 million lawsuit against Miss California USA Pageant officials after a lawyer for the pageant discovered a sex tape of Prejean and an unidentified man. According to TMZ, Prejean backed down after the lawyer showed the graphic video.

Prejean will reportedly not pocket any money in the settlement. The Pageant will pay around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist.

Neither the Pageant nor Prejean has commented.
