Certified Estate Sales of Atlanta was first founded because we had a passion for furniture, antiques, memorabilia, jewelry, arts and collectibles. Although we enjoyed going to estate sales every weekend to browse and chat with the other customers, we found out quickly that these sales can be very hard on the family of the estate. This is when we decided to use our gained experience to better serve our community. After seeing all the different ways that different companies run their estate sales, we focused on everything they did right, and everything they did wrong to develop the best process for asset liquidation through an estate sale. Estate sales is our passion, and we can make it work for you.

We have our own team of professionals and licensed appraisers to carefully inspect your possessions and research them if necessary to get the most accurate price possible. In order to ensure the best possible return on your possessions, it should be noted that you should not throw anything away prior to our appraisers looking at it and getting the fair market price. We even work hard during the sale, which is not something a lot of other companies offer. We are happy to haul larger pieces out of the house, and have even been known to personally deliver to the buyer’s home when there is no other option. To further prove this point; once the sale is over we gladly remain behind to lend a hand with any remaining items that you do not wish to keep.
If you need us to, we will call in liquidators to look at the remaining items, or have them donated and even put on consignment in our shop. Finally we can haul away the leftover items and quite possibly clean out the attic and/or basement so the house will be completely emptied out when we leave.
