The next step for new parents Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will likely be marriage. An insider denies rumors West popped the question over the weekend, but says a proposal and wedding are definitely in the couple’s future.
"I can't imagine them not getting married. That's in their future!" the source adds.
Kardashian’s divorce from second husband Kris Humphries was finalized just a week and a half before she gave birth to daughter North on June 15. Kardashian and West took North home from the hospital last week and are currently staying with Kardashian’s mom Kris Jenner. The new family will reportedly live at Jenner’s Hidden Hills home until renovations on their own Bel Air Mansion are completed.
"They're putting work aside right now to focus on the family. They're in it 100%," an insider tells People.
"Kanye is already an incredibly present father," the source says. "He's very relaxed and comfortable."
West, 36, and Kardashian, 32, have yet to release a statement about North’s birth.
