Fort Hood Shooting Leaves 7 Dead, 15 Wounded

At least 7 people are dead and around 15 wounded in shootings at Fort Hood in Texas. Two shooters were involved and only one has been apprehended. No other details on the shooting, which occurred at the sports dome, were available.

“At this point we’re looking for the other shooter,” says Fort Hood spokesman Sgt. Maj. Jamie Posten said.

FBI agents were sent to the scene to assists.

Fort Hood, located near Killeen, Texas, is the Army’s largest United States post with about 40,000 troops.
