We work hard to make sure all of your items are perfectly and professionally staged about the house and that the sale is conducted smoothly over a period of three days. We are usually able to sell most of the items with very few needing to be liquidated.
Even if there are some items that are left unsold, we make ourselves available to you for whatever you would like to have done next. We will call in a liquidators, have the remaining items donated, thrown away, or put on consignment in our shop. After this, we can haul any leftover items away and maybe even clean out the basement and/or the attic so your house is completely cleaned out.
When we are working your estate sale however, there will never be much that is left behind. This is because we have so much experience running estate sales the way they should be run. We help you determine what you want to keep, what you want to sell, and what you simply want to throw away. Once that is figured out and separated the items you wish to keep we will start organizing, staging, pricing and advertising your sale.
The one feature that we offer that no one else does, is that we are willing to work at these sales. We move the larger pieces out of the house and we even offer delivery to the buyers’ homes of they do not have a way to get the purchased items home.
