With just 8 days to go until her due date, Kate Middleton is said to be growing “a little nervous” about delivering her first child with Prince William. A family source tells Us Weekly magazine the mom-to-be is “feeling great” at the end of her pregnancy and is “full of energy.”
"Everything is great. She's healthy, the baby is healthy,” the source says. "Naturally she is a little nervous about the big day, what new mum wouldn't be?"
The Duchess of Cambridge is now focusing on making sure the renovations and redecorating in their 20-room apartment in Kensington Palace is on track to be finish before fall. "She's still busy, making sure she's done as much as possible for the new house before the baby is born," the source adds. "Once the baby is here, she won't have time for anything else!"
Meanwhile, preparations for the royal heir’s arrival are in full swing at St. Mary's hospital in London. Parking outside the Lindo Wing, where Middleton will give birth, has been suspended for the entire month of July. Dozens of ladders for photographers have already been stationed outside the front of St. Mary’s so the baby’s first appearance can be captured as he or she leaves the hospital with Middleton and Prince William.
