Immediately after David’s blindside eviction, the houseguests headed to the backyard to compete in the second Head of Household competition. As outgoing HOH, McCrae wasn’t allowed to compete.
The houseguests were randomly split into pairs for the competition. The pairings were: Nick and Judd, Aaryn and Jeremy, GinaMarie and Candice, Spencer and Helen, Andy and Elissa, Amanda and Kaitlin, Howard and Jessie. Each pair must work together to transport cups of BBQ sauce across a slippery surface to fill up a jug. They are also given the option of filling a small jug first to get larger cups to carry their barbeque sauce. The first pair to fill up their jug enough to retrieve a ball inside must then decide which one of them will be the new HOH.
It appears that Nick and Judd, Helen and Spencer, and Howard and Jessie all went for the bigger cups. Aaryn and Jeremy held the lead with Elissa and Andy close behind. Andy was able to touch the ball first, but he couldn’t get it through the hole. Jeremy retrieved his ball first, winning the HOH decision for himself and Aaryn. He agreed to let Aaryn take HOH.
As the new HOH, Aaryn made Elissa, Helen, Andy and Candice this week’s Have Nots. All of them but Candice were Have Nots last week.
