Several Silver Companies Rose in Monday Noon Trading

Several of America’s top silver companies rose in trading in Monday’s afternoon trading.

The following companies all rose by noon in trading:

Hecla Mining (NYSE: ML) rose 37 cents, or 7.0 percent, to $5.62.

Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) rose 92 cents, or 4.1 percent, to $23.46.

Silver Standard (NASDAQ: SSRI) rose 44 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $19.56.

Silver Wheaton (NYSE: SLW) rose 73 cents, or 5.2 percent, to $14.76.
