The Celebes Sulawesi coffee from Indonesia, is a grade A coffee that is very popular here at World Trader Coffee, it has a rich, heavy body characterized by low acidity, creamy texture and nutty overtones and an intense fragrance. Grown either on the estate or on small family farms, this coffee is always in high demand.
The highest grade coffee in Guatemala is the Guatemalan Antigua Coffee. This coffee is strictly hard bean and only approved for regional designation after a taste-test by the Guatemalan coffee association proves it has met the established flavor criteria for each region. This strict regulation of the coffee’s quality and flavor is the reason it is one of the best coffees in the world. Among this coffee’s other qualities it is especially known for its heavy body, bright taste and smoky/spicy overtones.
