Sorry General, we are running out of time. As mentioned in the previous complaint, recent reports would lead one to believe the Obama administration is attempting to incite a civil war through race baiting and other subversive activities about which even you must be aware. So shall we dispense with the theatrics and get down to serious business here.
Your obligation is clear. As an American, and in a unique position of responsibility and trust, you are duty bound to honor your oath and immediately act to protect the Constitution and preserve the safety and security of the American people.
Also, you must immediate perform what ever steps it takes to suspend all government activities in order to suppress what might appear to be a movement by certain Obama administration agencies to launch an insurrection and rebellion against the lawful authority of the true American government…the Constitution. Launching an immediate investigation into the criminal activities and violations of the Constitution.must follow.
To assist in this matter you may wish to convene a committee of impartial citizens selected at random to oversee operations and to offer insight into identifying the various violations and abuses that have been committed by various individuals within the government. A public oversight committee may also be commissioned to act in the capacity as a caretaker government until new elections may be scheduled.

To demonstrate the fraud upon the American people by a Congress pretending to actually address issues of public concern is deliberate and criminal in nature, please review the following report which reveals gross violations of laws by the Obama administration with respect to using the color of the office of the president to promote self-interest.

Please review a conversation with an oversight staff member who reveals the lack of serious intent to prosecute the noted violations of federal law. Rather than to vigorously prosecute violations, it appears the policy of the investigative committees is simply to entertain the American public. As revealed by Mr. Issa’s staff member, they are content to report and “let the public deal with the issues.”
Sorry general, Congress has no discretion as to pass or fail criminal activities else they themselves are guilty of crimes against the American people. Congress is not above the law.Misprision of Felony demands they too act in good faith.

Then general, there are the following unresolved matters also conveniently delayed and ignored by the Congressional investigative committees. General, it does not take a Sherlock Holmes to see what is going on. Congress, by their actions does not seem to intend to do anything about these egregious abuses.
General, many Americans express the views of gross dissatisfaction, disappointment and disgust. At no time in previous history has the Congress achieved the all time low as currently recorded. The Supreme Court has a similar rating. The administration has intensified efforts to completely suppress liberty and imposed tyranny. Mr. Obama himself has attempted to seize control over everything possible in terms of the power to crush any dissent or criticism of his world-wide abuses. It has been reported by the REGISTER, he has given himself complete control over all communications. This is a gross violation of the people’s natural rights bestowed upon the people by their creator. While he seems to act otherwise, not only is Mr. Obama not eligible to be president of America, he also does not qualify to act in the capacity of creator.
General, this is no longer a matter of a passing fancy…this is war. The Obama administration is conducting a mixed war on the people of America.
History has placed you at this critical point in the timeline of the American Republic.
