Carter's, Inc. (NYSE:CRI) decreases 11.11% to $21.37 after the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday that the company would restate results for some periods beginning fiscal 2004, the children's clothing retailer. Late last month, Carter's said it would delay posting results as it needed more time to complete a review of its accounting for margin support provided to its wholesale customers.

AgFeed Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:FEED) decreases 7.86% to $4.27 on over 1.11 million shares after the company  today announced financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2009. Revenue of $45.12 million and $117.07 million, compared to $49.43 million and $97.21 million for the quarter and nine month periods of 2008, respectively. Gross profit of $7.6 million and $18.6 million for the third quarter and first nine months of 2009, as compared to $12.3 million and $26.8 million for the third quarter and first nine months of 2008, respectively.

Tongxin International Ltd (NASDAQ:TXIC) decreases 8.80% to $8.91 after the company yesterday announced the Company’s third quarter 2009 financial results. Total operating expenses for the third quarter of 2009 were $2.9 million versus $1.5 million for the same period in 2008. Included in the third quarter operating expenses were approximately $0.6 million costs reflecting added accounting expenses, ERP system implementation and SOX compliance costs. Operating expenses were 10.9% of net sales compared with 6.5% for the same period in 2008. Operating income and operating margins for the third quarter 2009 were $5.1 million and 18.7%, respectively, versus $2.9 million and 12.6% in 2008.
