Stacy Keibler is remaining upbeat following her split from George Clooney. The former pro-wrestler tells Extra she is “super busy” focusing on her new Lifetime show 'Supermarket Superstar' to feel down about the end of their 2 year romance.
“There’s nothing really dramatic that happened, so it’s all good,” she said. "I'm someone that's always lived the present moment. I always look at the positive on everything. I'm so excited for all these projects coming up, and I'm super busy."
The couple’s split was confirmed earlier this month by People magazine. An insider said Keibler, 33, dumped Clooney because of their opposing views on marriage and children. "Stacy called it quits. She wants to have children and a family someday. She knows where George stands on that. They talked and they quietly stopped being a couple several weeks ago,” the source said.
Clooney, 52, has not commented. Two months ago, the actor slammed rumors linking him to his ex-girlfriend Monika Jakisic. Witnesses reported seeing him holding hands and being affectionate with the Croatian model at a members only club in Mayfair, London. “The story is made up. I wasn't holding anybody's hand. Stop trying to sell magazines by creating scandal that isn't there,” Clooney said in a statement at the time.
