The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced that national restaurant chain, The Cheesecake Factory, Inc, has agreed to pay $345,000 to settle a federal lawsuit alleging it allowed male employees to be sexually harassed at one of its suburban Phoenix locations.
The EEOC suit alleged that company managers knew about repeated sexual assaults against six male employees by a group of male kitchen staffers at a locations in Chandler, Arizona, but did not intervene and denied the allegations.
