DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (NASDAQ: DWA) has appointed Andrew Chang as General Counsel. Mr. Change is currently DreamWorks Animation's Head of Litigation and Technology Law. Chang has been with DreamWorks for seven years and has held his current position since they went public in 2004. The current General Counsel, Katherine Kendrick, has announced plans to leave the company following the expiration of her contract at the end of 2009.
