Some of our most popular Fair Trade coffees are Santa Teresa coffee from El Salvador, Colonial Caranavi from Bolivia and especially our Papua New Guinea coffee. Papua New Guinea coffee is characterized by a balanced flavor, chocolate overtones and a slightly dry finish.
Colonial Caranavi is one of the finest coffees in Bolivia and indeed one of the finest that we carry here at World Trader Coffee. Not only is this coffee a Fair Trade Certified, but it is also in the organically grown category. The natural and healthy growing process gives Caranavi coffee a heavy bodied and pleasantly spicy coffee with mild acidity. This particular Bolivian coffee comes from the Yungas region in the state of La Paz.
The estate grown, fair trade certified coffee, Santa Teresa coffee from El Salvador, is a full-bodied coffee with an intense aroma and a smooth, but complex, flavor. Apart from being Fair Trade Certified, this coffee is also estate grown, shade grown, and organically farmed. This is a wonderfully perfect coffee with smooth, full and rich body.
