Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RAH) has announced the resignation of Stephen Van Tassel as Corporate Vice President and President of the Post Foods division of Ralcorp Holdings. Mr. Tassell left the company to pursue additional career interests. David P. Skarie, Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Ralcorp Holdings, will assume the position of President of Post Foods on an interim basis in additional to his other responsibilities.
