“Prison Break” star Lane Garrison was charged with felony vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving on Thursday, three months after he struck a tree while driving his Land Rover and killing one of his 17-year-old passengers.
Garrison, 26, was arrested for the Dec. 2 accident and found to have a .20 blood-alcohol level as well as cocaine in his system. Garrison’s blood-alcohol level was nearly three times higher than the legal limit of .08.
Vanaghn Setian, a student at Beverly Hills High School was killed in the crash while two15-year-old girls in the car were injured.
Garrison is expected to turn himself in for arraignment at Beverly Hills Superior Court. If convicted he could face up to six-years in prison.
