Big Brother 15 Week 4 Eviction Recap: Which Of The Mean Girls Went Home?

All 3 “mean girls” found themselves on the chopping block this week after Elissa, the MVP nominee, won the Power of Veto. Aaryn and Kaitlin were nominated by HOH Judd and GinaMarie was America’s third MVP nominee choice.

Convinced she is the biggest target on the block, Aaryn approaches Judd with a deal – she promises to never vote against him or Jessie if they don’t target her this week. She also throws her GinaMarie and Kaitlin under the bus, telling Judd that GinaMarie is “negative” and Kaitlin is the stronger competitor. Judd promises Aaryn she isn’t the target and advises her to fly under the radar for the rest of the week.

When Helen and Elissa ask about Judd’s intentions for the vote, Judd says he believes Kaitlin should be evicted because she is strong in competitions. He points out that she has made it to the tie breaker round in the past two HOH competitions. Helen is quick to agree, but Elissa insists Aaryn should go because of her racist comments and catty attitude. Judd then approaches Candice and Howard about the plan to get rid of Kaitlin. He admits that Aaryn is a mean person, but points out that it is better to keep her over Kaitlin because Aaryn will always be a target. Howard refuses to commit to anything and says the decision is still a tossup for him.

Aaryn knows her deal with Judd may not be enough to save her, so she offers Helen and Elissa a deal. She promises to throw HOH or go with Helen and Elissa’s choice of nominations if they keep her safe this week. Helen feels it is too good of a deal to pass up, but Elissa still wants to go after Aaryn for her mean behavior.

Judd decides to come clean to Helen and Andy about the secret alliance he recently made with Spencer, Howard, GinaMarie and Kaitlin. As Helen puts it, the news is the final nail on Kaitlin’s coffin. Helen and Andy are now convinced that Kaitlin is too dangerous to keep in the house. Helen shares the information with Amanda, McCrae and Elissa to ensure they are on board with the plan to blindside Kaitlin. Amanda and McCrae agree, but Elissa takes the information to Kaitlin in hopes of Kaitlin denying the alliance and possibly gathering enough votes to stay. Elissa suggests that it is Aaryn who is spreading the alliance rumor around the house. Unfortunately for Elissa, Aaryn overhears the conversation and tells Helen what Elissa just did. Helen tries to do damage control with Elissa, but Aaryn becomes involved and it turns in to a fight between Aaryn and Elissa. Aaryn accuses Elissa of spreading lies about her, Elissa refuses to reveal how she found out about Kaitlin’s alliance, and Kaitlin, Howard and Spencer all deny the alliance ever existed. Judd keeps his mouth shut and hopes his name isn’t mentioned in connection with the alliance.

At the live eviction, Kaitlin is sent packing by a unanimous vote.

For the HOH competition, the houseguests had to roll a ball down a ramp to drop it onto a roulette wheel divided into different numbered sections. The person whose ball lands in the highest numbered section wins HOH. Andy goes first and lands in the 23 slot, but he is knocked out by McCrae’s 28.  McCrae holds his place when GinaMarie lands a 3 and Candice lands a 27. Spencer knocks McCrae out with a 34, but his victory is short lived because Aaryn lands a 36, the highest number possible. Someone must tie her or she wins HOH. She holds her place through Howard, Jessie, Helen and Amanda. It’s left up to Elissa to land a 36. Elissa lands just one slot shy of 36, so Aaryn becomes the new HOH.
