Manu Ginobili scored 31 points and Tim Duncanb added 16 points and 13 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs (44-18) knocked off the Sacramento Kings (28-33) 100-93 for their 11th straight victory.
Ginobili hit 5-9 from beyond the three-point arc as the Spurs hit 40 percent of their long-range jumpers. The Kings struggled from that distance, hitting just 30 percent.
Tony Parker put the Spurs up for good with just under three minutes remaining in the fourth on a layup. Parker’s bucket began a 9-0 run for the Spurs and the game was in hand for San Antonio.
The Spurs took advantage of the 19 turnovers committed by the Kings.
