Silver Companies Fell in Thursday Noon Trading

Several of America’s top silver companies saw slight decreases in Thursday’s afternoon trading.

The following companies show a variety of results by noon in trading:

Hecla Mining (NYSE: ML) fell 19 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $5.33.

Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) fell 72 cents, or 3.0 percent, to $23.44.

Silver Standard (NASDAQ: SSRI) fell 78 cents, or 3.8 percent, to $19.62.

Silver Wheaton (NYSE: SLW) fell 61 cents, or 4.0 percent, to $14.68.
