TGI Solar Enters Into Strategic Alliance Agreement with Custom Materials, Solutions & Services of Israel

TGI Solar Power Group (Pinksheets:TSPG - News), provider of solar and other clean technology products and solutions, announced today that it has entered into Strategic Alliance Agreement with Custom Materials, Solutions & Services L.T.D. of Israel

"Our cooperation with Custom Materials, Solutions & Services will broaden our capabilities and product  offerings,” said Henry Val, Chief Executive Officer of TGI Solar. "Custom Materials will be utilized as an R&D arm for TGI.   Their vast amount of innovative products within the renewable energy and water treatment fields are going to complement our product and service offerings as we continue to grow our business.”
