The Smurfs 2, starring Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris, Brendan Gleeson, Jayma Mays, Katy Perry and Jonathan Winters, opens in theaters Wednesday, July 31. In this sequel to The Smurfs, Smurfette is kidnapped by the evil wizard Gargamel because she knows a spell that can turn his Naughties creatures into real Smurfs. The other Smurfs must team up with their human friends to save her.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 45 minutes and is rated PG for some rude humor and action.
