To gain full interest, American Sierra Gold Corp must pay Yale $50,000 and issue 500,000 shares to Yale over three years, in addition to spending $600,000 on exploration expenditures. Yale has received $25,000, and will earn another $25,000 and 1000,000 shares when American Sierra signs the agreement.
