Netlist, Inc. (NASDAQ:NLST) hits a new 52-week high at $6.71 in today’s morning trade. Currently the stock is trading at $6.46, up 44.52%. At Supercomputing 09, the company is demonstrating the world's first 16GB 2 virtual rank (vRank) double-data-rate three, registered dual in-line memory module (DDR3 RDIMM), HyperCloud(TM). Netlist will also showcase the interoperability of HyperCloud memory with standard JEDEC server memory solutions on popular enterprise servers. This demonstration reinforces HyperCloud's ability to function as a standard RDIMM while increasing memory bandwidth and capacity for datacenter servers.

HSBC Holdings plc (ADR) (NYSE:HBC) soared 2.82% to $63.85. Today HBC has made a new 52-week at $64.34. The company said that in cooperation with its strategic partner, Bank of Communications (BoCom), on Friday said that it has completed its first cross-border Renminbi (RMB) trade settlement for one of its valued corporate clients, consequently also the first of its kind in the country.

Goldcorp Inc. (USA) (NYSE:GG)   was another stock which made a new 52 week high of $45.24 and now trades at $44.69 at  1.41%. Goldcorp, Inc. announced an agreement whereby it will acquire, through a plan of arrangement, all of the outstanding common shares of Canplats for total consideration of approximately CDN$238 million based on the fully diluted in-the-money shares outstanding. Under the arrangement, each share, including shares issued under the arrangement on the acquisition by Goldcorp of the outstanding Canplats' options and warrants for their in-the-money value, will be exchanged for 0.074 of a common share of Goldcorp implying a price of approximately CDN$3.42 per share based on the closing price of the Goldcorp shares on November 13, 2009.
