Narconon New Life Detoxification Program Backed By Independent Studies

The Narconon New Life Detoxification Program as delivered at Narconon Freedom Center has been around since 1978.  During that time many studies have been done to establish its scientific validity and effectiveness.  This is in addition to the numerous individual successes written by individuals after having gone through the detox regimen.

Tragically in 2001 the United States became the subject of terrorist attacks on it's World Trade Center Towers in New York. The heroic efforts of many firefighters and emergency workers enabled the US to pull through such a nightmare.  It was months before the toxic fumes and dust finally settled in the area. Those very same workers were left with accumulated toxic residues built up from continual and repeated exposure to such chemicals as asbestos, radionuclides, benzene, dioxins, PCBs, fiberglass, mercury, lead, silicon and sulfuric acid - all of which are associated with cancer, severe lung pathology, neurological and cardiovascular disease, and a host of other dysfunctions.

Having done their self-sacrificing duty, the 9/11 rescue workers were now sentenced to a life time of disease and chronic worsening health conditions given the unfortunate circumstances they served under.

However, thanks to the Hubbard Detoxification program their sentences to a lifetime of suffering were repealed. More than 500 World Trade Center rescue workers have gone through the detoxification program freeing them from the toxins accumulated during their work.

As reported in the Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients #273, 484 participants were given a complete set of tests before and after the Detoxification Program that is the same program Narconon uses to detoxify drug abusers from accumulated drug residues. The medical results were outstanding. All participants reported improve subjective symptoms and improved perception of health. 84%  of those requiring medications to manage their symptoms were able to discontinue use.  In summary, the report notes the number of participants who were able to achieve the goals of detoxification -  restoring quality of life and job fitness- is significant.

Of particular note in the Townsend Letter is the US Army National Guard Captain who prior to the detoxification was hospitalized for breathing difficulties and subsequent hospitalizations for asthma, pneumonia, as well as symptoms characteristic of chemical exposures including stomach and chest pain, memory problems and disturbed sleep.

After participating in the detoxification program, he was evaluated by internal medicine specialists at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital, his symptoms were completely resolved and medical records state, "He is now able to run five miles in 50 minutes".

The Narconon New Life Detoxification Program used as a part of the overall Narconon program produces similar startling results when applied to drug rehabilitation.  The program frees the addict of the accumulated toxins from drug use that previously clouded his thinking and contributed to drug cravings physically.
