David Allen Tyner Arrested for Murder of Cathouse Star Brooke Phillips

A man identified as David Allen Tyner was arrested Tuesday on six murder charges. Authorities believe Tyner is responsible for the deaths of four women, two of whom were pregnant.

Among the victims was 22-year-old prostitute Brooke Phillips, who was featured on the HBO reality series Cathouse. Authorities say Phillips and 22-year-old Milagrous Barerra were both pregnant.  The identities of the two other victims were not released.

The bodies of the women were discovered November 9 in a burning home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Phillips and Barrerra both died from gunshot wounds, according to police Sgt. Gary Knight.

Knight said investigators believe Tyner, 28, did not act alone. “We don't believe he acted alone,” he said. “We've identified the one suspect, but that doesn't yet tell us what his motive is for doing this.”

Jose Fernando Fierro, who rented the home the bodies were found in, was interviewed by investigators. He escaped the fire and is not a suspect in the case.

Tyner has not been formally charged.
