Tony Parker scored 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 rebounds and Tim Duncan added 19 points and 9 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs (46-18) beat the Los Angels Clippers (29-34) 93-84 for their 13th straight victory.
The Clippers were up 22-21 heading into the second but Duncan scored 10 points and Parker added 6 points to lead the Spurs to a 29-18 quarter and a 50-40 halftime advantage.
Los Angeles was able to cut their deficit to five in the fourth but San Antonio completed a 7-2 run to increase their lead to ten with seven minutes remaining. Parker’s 10 points in the fourth secured the Spurs victory.
San Antonio shot 46 percent from the floor and hit 78 percent from the free-throw line. The Spurs made it to the line 23 times while the Clippers made it to the stripe just 7 times, hitting just 3 attempts.
