inviting you to a celebration of literacy in New York City. Please join usfor the fourth annual “ New York Reads Together” program with this year’s book selection, “When the Spirits Dance Mambo,” by Marta Moreno Vega.

The celebration will honor three outstanding women for their support of literacy and their contributions to literacy programs.

The festivities will include Roz Abrams as Mistress of Ceremonies, interviews with Marta Moreno Vega by Roz Abrams and select students from New York City high schools, a Mambo performance by students from the Brooklyn Academy of Urban Planning and a small reception.
