High Dose Methadone Withdrawal Without the Pain

Withdrawal from high doses of methadone and other opioids like OxyContin are difficult at most detox centers.  However, Novus Medical Detox Center is one of the few medical detox centers anywhere that has developed a protocol that allows people to safely withdraw from high doses of methadone and other opioids like OxyContin.  Most of these withdrawals at Novus can be completed in 14 days or less and with little discomfort.

Mr. Hayes urges people to withdraw from methadone whether at home following the instructions in this newsletter or at a medical detox facility like Novus.  Methadone is a dangerous drug and should never be thought of as a “treatment” for other addiction.
