Famous 70th Anniversary by Oliva Cigars debut on CigarAuctioneer.com

25 boxes of Toro will open bidding at $1 per box

On Tuesday, November 24, CigarAuctioneer.com will feature the debut auction of its new Famous Private Selection 70th Anniversary by Oliva cigars. Beginning at 6:00 AM (ET), 25 boxes of the 6"x 50 Toro will go on the auction block with an opening bid of $1.00 (U.S.). The Famous Pvt. Sel. 70th Anniversary by Oliva is the latest addition to Famous's expanding line-up of limited edition 70th Anniversary cigars blended by the industry's leading cigar manufacturers.

Oliva's reputation has been built on making outstanding
quality cigars at reasonable prices, and the Famous Private Selection 70th Anniversary by Oliva Cigars promises to set another benchmark. Handcrafted in Nicaragua, this luxurious selection offers a medium to full-bodied, full-flavored smoke available in three sizes: Churchill, Robusto and Toro. A perfectly-packed core of long-aged Nicaraguan longfiller tobaccos is graced by a milk chocolate-hued Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The smoke offers a toasty-nutty core as sweet spice and pepper flavors lap the palate on an elegantly long finish.

"With such recent successes as the Oliva V Ligero, nub, and the
Cain cigar series, Oliva is now one of the hottest manufacturers in the country," said Humberto Gonzalez, Famous Smoke Shop's cigar sampler manager. "And although we sell their mainline selections as well as many private brands they make for us, they really went all-out on the 70th Anniversary series."

The auction is scheduled to end Monday, November 30 at 10:00 PM Eastern time. For additional details and the current bid amount for the Famous Private Selection 70th Anniversary by Oliva auction,

"We’ve been running these ‘new brands’ auctions for a few weeks now, and based on the response, it's created a lot more excitement about the cigars we introduce to the marketplace," said Gonzalez. "We also felt that moving the 70th Anniversary Oliva auction up to Thanksgiving week would be a nice holiday treat for everyone."
