Mr. Winter known as Mr. Commercial Real Estate has been watching the investor clubs and networks operations for years. Mr. Winter is active resident and real estate broker in Oakland County.

This Club is always looking for new ways to give service. The Club always is giving it’s members extra meetings monthly with local and national speakers. In the month of March they have 3 different speakers on different topics on different dates through out the month. The March speakers are talking on: How to save money with IRS, How to make money in declining Michigan real estate market, and How to get a short sale or reduce pay off from a mortgage company. This club is something else they always over deliver on what they promise. This is only club I have seen in the market that focuses on severing its members. The club gives new members Rental Property Management Forms disk with all the forms they need to do rental agreements, eviction forms, and court forms. They have events where they focus on introducing local experts that have proven success in the local market. National Real Estate Network also records all there meetings so if a member can not make they can get the recording. I say this is #1 Real Estate Group in Michigan”
