ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO. (September 4, 2013). Peoples Flower Shops, an Albuquerque, New Mexico based, family-owned and operated florist, is celebrating the upcoming 75th Annual New Mexico State Fair, which runs from September 11th through September 22nd and is hosted in Albuquerque. Considered to be one of the largest fairs in the country, the New Mexico State Fair features a PRCA rodeo, entertainment, concerts, agricultural competitions, animals, food, carnival rides, exhibits, shopping and more.
This year’s event features nationally known singers and bands, including Morgan Frazier, Night Ranger, Loverboy, Chris Cagle, Robert Earl Keen, Aaron Lewis and the Eli Young Band. There is also a horse show, car show, Indian Village, African American Pavilion and multiple competitions, such as food eating challenges and more.

Admission to the fair is $10 for adults, $7 for seniors, $7 for children who are ages 6-11 and free for those under five. Compared to other state fairs, the New Mexico Fair is also one of the cheapest and provides exceptional value and fun for people of all ages.
