Just when it looked like Amanda had no shot at gathering the necessary votes to remain in the Big Brother house she was able to convince her biggest enemy to vote for her to stay. Amanda, still believing that Andy is loyal to her, approaches Elissa with the argument that Elissa will be the next big target if she is evicted. Elissa puts her feelings aside and sees it as a good move for her game. She agrees to vote for Amanda to stay and the two girls exchange jewelry as collateral. Amanda believes she has the three votes she needs to stay. She lets Andy in on the plan and he immediately shares the information with the Exterminators.
After Julie Chen announces the double eviction the houseguests cast their votes for the first eviction. It comes to a tie with two votes for Amanda and two votes for Spencer. As HOH, GinaMarie casts the tiebreaker vote. She evicts Amanda. Amanda immediately suspects that Andy betrayed her and she lets him know it as she walks out the door.
The HOH competition was a dog-themed challenge in which the houseguests had to dig through a pit to find two bones, return them to a dog bowl, and then collect a key. McCrae wins HOH and nominates GinaMarie and Elissa for eviction. It appears that he thinks Elissa betrayed Amanda by voting against her.
For the POV competition the houseguests must maneuver a toy car through a long table maze. It appears Andy has a strong lead, but then Judd catches up to him and makes it to the finish line first. Judd wins the Veto. Judd chooses not to use the POV. Elissa is sent packing by a 3 to 0 vote.
