Last night on Big Brother, the second eviction of the week determined which 3 houseguests are headed to the final HOH competition. Andy, as HOH, was guaranteed a spot in the final 3. It was Spencer, GinaMarie and McCrae that were in danger of joining the jury.
Everyone realizes Andy’s nominations really don’t matter – it is the POV that is the key to surviving this week. Andy nominates McCrae and Spencer for eviction. McCrae is the target.
For the Veto competition the houseguests must complete a spider web puzzle using clues and houseguests’ pictures. Andy scores his second win in a row. This puts a great deal of power in his hands because he could decide to turn on the Exterminators take McCrae to the end. That is exactly what Spencer wants him to do. He tries to convince Andy that going to the end with GinaMarie is a bad idea. Andy appears to seriously consider taking GinaMarie out, but in the end he sticks with the original plan and his original nominations. Andy does not use the Veto, letting GinaMarie cast the one and only vote. GinaMarie evicts McCrae.
Host Julie Chen reveals the Exterminators came out to McCrae shortly before the live show so he wouldn’t be blindsided. McCrae admits in his exit interview that he suspected something was up but was still shocked when they admitted it.
Fans were also given a look inside the Jury House. Aaryn’s first order of business was to apologize for her racist comments. Helen seemed happy to accept the apology but Candice appeared reluctant. Amanda and Elissa are on surprisingly good terms. Amanda returned Elissa’s wedding ring because she knows Elissa voted to keep her. Judd then returns to the jury dreads spending the next week with a bunch of fighting girls.
