A judge involved in the recent custody battle surrounding the daughter of Anna Nicole Smith was busted for smoking marijuana on Monday.
Lawrence Korda, the judge who ruled that a Bahamian court had jurisdiction over the case, was spotted smoking marijuana in a Hollywood, Florida city park. Police issued Korda a misdemeanor citation to appear in court for the offense.
Korda could face a fine of up to $500 and 60 days in jail.
In related news, the Bahamian judge hearing the paternity suit is expected to order DNA samples be taken from all those involved in the case to determine the custody of Daniellynn, the six-month-old daughter of Anna Nicole Smith.
