Britney Spears to Leave Rehab This Week
Britney Spears is reportedly set to leave rehab this week after entering the Promises treatment center in late February.
Spears is said to have made remarkable progress since checking in to the facility for substance abuse problems and could be leaving within the week. Reports have even indicated that the 25-year-old is close to a custody deal involving her two children with husband Kevin Federline.
The one-time pop princess had a rough February. After spending less than 24 hours in a treatment center in Antigua she returned to L.A., shaved her head, and spent 24 hours at Promises before signing herself out. A few days later she was back at Promises after Federline had threatened an emergency court hearing for full custody of their children.
