Close-Up Talk Radio Spotlights Life Coach Penny Alalouf
Ontario, Canada – No matter what station of life we’re in, we all have the potential to lose sight of the person we always dreamed of becoming. The stress and fear that can surface with relationships, careers, and all that life brings forth can simply be too much for any person to handle at one time. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and trapped. With over five years experience, Certified Life Coach Penny Alalouf brings her own personal experiences and a unique approach to assisting people in finding themselves and regaining control of their lives.
Penny’s own journey began after her four children were in school. She realized that while she loved being a mom, along the way she had lost confidence in herself, and her own identity as a woman. Feelings of restlessness, resentment and guilt started to weave into her daily life. It was through the help of a coach that Penny finally found the courage to admit that being a mom was not enough. Her journey has led her to into the world with a mission to integrate her love of horses with her calling to help others.
Penny went on to receive certification in coaching at the renowned Coaches Training Institute. What people may find so special to Penny’s approach is that she is also certified in Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning. Through hands-on activities, coach and horse partner together to provide an extraordinary experiential learning experience.
“Life is wild and precious and when we are in alignment with ourselves, our values and what is truly important to us, it can truly be joyful, balanced and purposeful,” exclaims Alalouf. “We all really want to connect. The most important connection begins within ourselves. Even in the simplest of lessons, we can learn a great deal of information about ourselves from how we communicate and interact with a horse.”
Since incorporating her passion for horses with her natural desire to help others, Penny has worked with individuals, families, and couples from all ages and all backgrounds. Holding sessions in person, by phone, and via Skype: Penny can truly help people find who they are.
“I’m here to help people with the deeper questions. I want to help those who are ready to show up in the world. Because horses are prey animals, they are highly sensitive and rely on feelings, body language and intuition to survive. This built in mechanism and their innate nature allows them to ‘read’ our intentions as well as our character, and when they discover differences between what they ‘feel’ from us and how we behave, they act as a mirror to provide instant feedback. They have a remarkable ability to bring to the surface exactly what needs to be seen, felt or healed by the human. It’s amazing what comes to the surface in the presence of a 1,000 lb animal.”
