C.A.R.E. Rehab Offers Varied Programs for Drug and Alcohol Addictions

Amy Winehouse’s father recently made a plea to English MP’s to offer alternative programs for drug treatment, especially to those who “want to come off drugs voluntarily”.  The focus of his plea was on people who could not afford popular treatment programs, but the situation is no different for those that can.

According to the Center for Disease Control, as few as 3-5% of individuals who could be classified as having a drug addiction receive treatment from a
drug rehab program.
Family members are often intimately involved in an addict’s struggle with addiction. Some are the gateway to the drugs, but more often family members are the first to suspect or confront an addict about their problems.  It is often the support of family members that help an addict transition back to day-to-day life after their treatment, and these same family members who help a former addict remain sober.

Amy Winehouse’s father’s plea shows how a “one size fits all” approach to drug
addiction treatment may not be the ideal solution for the UK.  Many celebrities have enrolled in drug treatment programs in the past, and celebrities who now voluntarily enroll in treatment programs are turning to alternative and holistic programs in increasing numbers.  In response, many holistic and alternative treatment centers have recently opened around the globe.

In Florida, where cocaine use and a lavish lifestyle are the norm, familial, financial and societal influences often trigger underlying addictions or relapses in recovering addicts. Many addicts now choose inpatient holistic treatment centers to begin breaking their cycle of addiction, and recovering addicts often return or choose outpatient holistic treatment centers for
addiction relapse programs

C.A.R.E. Rehab’s variety of facilities offer customized treatment plans, allowing every addict to recover from their addiction in a way that is most effective for them as individuals.  Rehab programs include alcohol, drug and prescription drugs programs, as well as separate men’s and women’s programs.
