The Company will also issue 163,000,000 shares of its common stock through private placement to Nomura Securities Co.,Ltd. on December 25, 2009.

 

Education Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:EDR) climbs up 5.88% to $4.86. The stock hit an intraday high and an intraday low of $5.15 and $4.79 respectively. In the last six months the stock went up over 8%. Education Realty Trust, Inc. is a self-managed and self-advised real estate investment trust (REIT) organized to develop, acquire, own and manage student housing communities located near university campuses.

 

Synovus Financial Corp. (NYSE:SNV) climbs up 1.06% to $1.91 on 9.60 million shares. The stock hit an intraday high and an intraday low of $2.03 and $1.92 respectively. In the last six months the stock went down over 41%. Synovus Financial Corp. is a diversified financial services company and a registered bank holding company. The Company provides financial services, including commercial and retail banking, financial management, insurance, mortgage and leasing services.
