Today 3Com Corp announced that it was awarded a contract to upgrade the computer networking infrastructure of the Court of Justice in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Earlier this month, 3Com agreed to be acquired by Hewlett-Packard Co. in a deal valued at $2.7 billion.
In afternoon trading, shares of 3Com fell 6 cents to $7.36.
