 Golden Star Resources Ltd. (USA) (AMEX:GSS) soars 7.05% to $4.13 on 3.16 million shares. The stock hit an intraday high and an intraday low of $4.15 and $3.96 respectively. In the last six months the stock went up over 77%. Golden Star Resources Ltd. is an international gold mining and exploration company that produces gold in Ghana, West Africa. Through its subsidiaries, it owns a controlling interest in four significant gold properties in southern Ghana.
