London is heading for a three week winning streak as the MSCI emerging markets index rose nearly 0.07%. The Yen dropped every traded currency while the American dollar dropped versus 11 currencies. Gold reached an astonishing $1,217.23 an ounce in London. S&P futures appeared to be stagnant.
